The main building consists of only bedrooms and bathrooms and has central
A/C. Upstairs is master bedroom with king bed and bath and two bedrooms with
shared bath. Downstairs is another small bedroom, no bath, and also has A/C.
The separate thatched-roof open rancho is the living area and has a picnic
table, futon couch, hammocks and rockers. The enclosed areas of the rancho
house include the kitchen, a dining room, and two bedrooms with half baths.
There is an outdoor shower for those two bedrooms.
Another two air conditioned bedrooms with baths have recently been added in a separate building.

The large property is very private, is lushly landscaped and has a swimming pool, as well as plenty of parking.
Rent includes daily maid service and Marielos will cook breakfast and lunch
(guests buy own food). In addition to being just a few steps along its own
path to Guiones Beach, it is also next door to one of Nosara's better dinner restaurants:
Casa Romantica. Just a block from two other casual restaurants and bars...
the Gilded Iguana and Blew Dogs. The Mini market grocery store is also just
a short walk away.
